superb diningreally good staffconvenient path
I appreciated the many superb dining options. The staff were really good. the dedicated area for mlife veterans program members made check-in quick. the convenience of paths to other hotels made it easy to avoid the heat.
the sun loungers by the beach and pool could use more space.

The rooms were clean and spacious. the bathroom had an excellent water pressure and hot water. the pool area was nice. It was not overly loud. i appreciated the free tram service to luxor and excalibur. It saved a lot of walking.
The self park was a long walk. It took some time to reach the hotel entrance. it was a slight inconvenience but manageable.

The pool area had many options. there were several distinct pools plus a lazy river. Tubes were available for rent. the beach area included sand and created an inviting environment, but was crowded.

The front desk staff were excellent and supportive. bell hoppers were also friendly and ready to help. the staff made the check-in easy and responded to requests. Martin from security gave great directions.

the rooms were spacious, very well-equipped (i especially liked the modern amenities!), and had floor-to-ceiling windows. the food from room service was amazing. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the center, with easy access to all surrounding hotels.
the wait times to check in were long (i waited almost half an hour!), it should be improved.

Our room on the 63rd floor offered a amazing view with a big bathtub. I felt so comfortable in the bed. the beautiful double room offered a strip view and a spacious, clean bathroom.

i highly recommend the various restaurants for a great dining experience, like orla which has mediterranean food. house of blues is a great place for food and i applaud the manager, angie, for her work. don't miss the irish pub ri ra up the escalator.

i adored the cleaning! the staff always make sure the room was clean when i would return. they was very kind when i ask them to not come into the room on certain days. it.
the bathroom sink don't drain, this was a bother. the toilet also bubbled throughout the night, and it kept me awake. the shower area feel small, it was not ideal.

The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. The tram to neighboring hotels was a plus for getting around. I found several dining options on the premises.
